Hope House was established in 1995. Hope House is a residential program, designed to help equip and encourage men, striving to re-enter society after prison and/or recovery from substance abuse, to be productive Kingdom men.
Through this ministry, the men are provided with foundational Biblical teachings, job readiness skills and encouragement through a faith oriented 12-step support program.

After 6 months in Hope House, the men may work at one of our partnering employers, and they receive counseling in money management, savings, and Christian stewardship among other areas. Many of the men are reconciled to their spouses, children and/or other family during their enlistment in the program.
After a successful 9 months, the men may choose to move into the Nehemiah Discipleship House, where they continue to be guided and discipled as they learn long range planning and goal -setting. Other men move on to establish their own households.
Since opening in 1995, Hope House has touched at least 2500 lives. Though not every story has had a happy ending (yet), we have seen God transform the lives of numerous men.
